Order and payment records are kept for six years to meet UK tax rules. Anything we no longer need is deleted.
You can ask us for a copy of your information, correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
We only send marketing emails if you ask us to, and every one has an unsubscribe link. Order confirmations and delivery updates are part of your purchase, not marketing.
