Why are we called The Better Brownie Bakery?

Simple. Michelle has been baking gluten free brownies for over 20 years. And the real twist? No one ever knew they were gluten free. They presumed they were 'normal' — because let's face it, gluten free is dry and tastes like cardboard. Doesn't it? Well not here it doesn't. We've been reliably informed that these brownies are in fact 'Better' (hence the name!)

Nothing is frozen, nothing is bulk-made, and nothing goes out that we wouldn't happily eat standing over the tray.
